Key Responsibilities:

Sales Funnel Oversight & Lead Management

  • Own the lead lifecycle from inquiry to close, ensuring handoffs between marketing, sales, and operations are seamless.
  • Audit, refine, and improve the lead tracking process using CRM, spreadsheets, or dashboards to ensure every lead is followed up.
  • Monitor and report on conversion rates, pipeline stages, sales timelines, and revenue attribution.
  • Collaborate with sales and front-office staff to keep all touchpoints aligned and effective.

Marketing Execution & Optimization

  • Manage the company’s marketing calendar and coordinate content across digital, print, and local channels.
  • Support and develop paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and community engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources (designers, agencies, vendors) to execute campaigns.
  • Track performance of all marketing channels; optimize based on ROI and cost-per-lead data.

KPI Development & Reporting

  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators across marketing and lead conversion.
  • Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Spot bottlenecks in the sales funnel and work with teams to solve them—fast.
  • Forecast lead volume needed to hit revenue goals and help plan campaigns accordingly.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or CRM-driven lead management.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, lead tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, JobNimbus, etc.), spreadsheets, analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Experience coordinating marketing efforts across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, email, website).
  • Highly organized, data-minded, and results-driven—you don’t just track metrics, you act on them.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; you're comfortable working across departments.
