Purchasing & Product Development Coordinator

Dream On Me Industries (DOM), maker of the Evolur brand of nursery furniture, is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Product Development Coordinator. If you’re organized, love keeping things on track, and want to play a key role in bringing new baby products to market, this could be the spot for you.

What You’ll Do

• Process purchase orders and track shipments with Evolur suppliers
• Keep sales, inventory, and product info accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with customer service on parts orders
• Review QC reports and supplier shipment files
• Maintain product data (measurements, specs, UPCs) in Apprise and our product master
• Support new product launches with content, setup sheets, and sampling updates
• Communicate with suppliers on production schedules and delivery timelines
• Help plan purchase orders based on upcoming demand

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or product development (consumer goods/furniture a plus)
• Strong Excel and organizational skills (ERP experience a bonus; Apprise = extra points)
• Excellent communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
• Team player who takes initiative and follows through

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
