Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the face of our Neurology practice—visiting clinics, hospitals, and provider offices to strengthen referral relationships, introduce services, and ensure excellent communication between partners and our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular in-person visits to referring provider offices, hospitals, and potential new referral sources.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with medical office staff, physicians, and administrators.
• Present information on our Neurology services, testing, and procedures.
• Identify new referral opportunities and track outreach activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination for referred patients.
• Gather feedback from referral partners to improve communication and patient experience.
• Attend local networking and medical community events as a representative of the practice.
• Prepare reports summarizing outreach activity and relationship status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or medical sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; comfortable presenting in clinical settings.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required).

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
