Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and partner engagement for our insurance business. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate campaigns, create and distribute content, manage marketing operations, and support events and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn across multiple areas of marketing, including content, digital channels, email marketing, and event coordination.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Marketing Campaign Support

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social channels

Support the creation, scheduling, and distribution of marketing content

Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Content, SEO & Digital Marketing

Assist with content creation and updates for blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials

Assist with photography and videography

Support basic SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content formatting

Schedule and post content across social media platforms
Email Marketing

Support the build, testing, and deployment of email marketing campaigns

Ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Events & Partner Marketing

Assist with the coordination of events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows

Manage logistics such as registrations, materials, vendors, and follow-up communications

Support partner and agency-focused marketing initiatives
Creative & Vendor Coordination

Create or update basic marketing graphics using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)

Coordinate with outside vendors such as designers, printers, or marketing agencies
-
Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Minimum Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role (internships included)

Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content marketing concepts

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry

Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
