noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:


We at noon are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth & Digital Strategy Team in Egypt. The individual will work closely with our senior marketing team members to support developing, driving and evaluating growth strategies under the Performance Marketing team for noon Egypt with main focus around influencer and affiliate marketing in close collaboration with Digital Marketing, CRM and our Category Growth teams


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support developing growth strategies and activities across designated channels for noon Egypt
  • Take full ownership of implementing campaigns, optimizing performance, and evaluating results across designated channels
  • Leverage data across designated channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic growth initiatives and key projects
  • Work closely with other experienced team members on managing annual budgets and planning
  • Execute tests and learn strategies across all channels
  • Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from assigned activities, tests and campaigns, producing regular reports on their financial and non-financial performance
  • Drive and coordinate all the enabling operations that support assigned channels and initiatives growth e.g. management reporting, databases, QA, payments, contracts,..etc.
  • Manage communication, build relations and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Suggest and co-develop new campaigns and activities across designated channels
  • Develop campaign calendars, content creation guidelines and best-fit marketing communication strategies and tactics
  • Research global-fit and local best practices and introduce new ideas to unlock new business opportunities
  • Identify potential growth opportunities across different categories and develop marketing campaigns to tackle them effectively


What you'll need:


  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Relevant internships or agency experience for fresh graduates will be advantageous
  • Strong quantitative experience (non-marketing/growth) might be considered
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Arabic and English
  • Excellent communication, reporting & presentation skills
  • Excellent data analysis skills is critical for success in this role
  • Being comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
