The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of sales and marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role works closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns, materials, events, and communications are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with company goals.
This is a highly organized, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams. This position will require you to work in the Corporate Headquarters office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables for campaigns and promotions
Assist with content development for email, social media, website, and advertising needs
Maintain marketing assets and help ensure consistent brand application across all materials
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, sponsorships, client events, and partnership activities
Help maintain clear communication, organized timelines, and alignment across teams
Support on-site event execution as needed
Assist with day-to-day CRM hygiene, including updating contact records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting routine maintenance tasks
Support the Sales Team with one-off prospect outreach projects, such as preparing materials and drafting basic communications
Assist with prospecting and customer communication needs as they arise, including preparing and sending customer gifts or coordinating follow-up touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure clear communication, timelines, and alignment across teams
Support special projects and initiatives assigned
Qualified candidates are preferred to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Must have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a coordinator role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with a collaborative, positive attitude
