Marketing Coordinator

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

· Create high-quality video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories)

· Plan and execute weekly & monthly content calendars

· Capture in-store content (food, ambience, behind-the-scenes)

· Edit short-form videos and visuals for social platforms

· Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform best practices

Social Media Management:

· Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

· Write engaging captions in English & Arabic

· Handle comments, DMs, and online community engagement

· Coordinate content around launches, campaigns, and promotions

· Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and posting standards

Staff Training (Soft Skills):

· Conduct regular staff training sessions focusing on:

· Customer service & hospitality etiquette

· Communication skills & body language

· Handling customer complaints professionally

· Upselling & suggestive selling techniques

· Teamwork and workplace professionalism

· Support onboarding training for new staff

· Develop simple training materials, checklists, and SOPs

· Observe staff performance and recommend improvements

· Work closely with operations and management teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and promotional activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics

· Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under deadlines
