Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly and dynamic person to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing activities and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement, closing sales, and coordinating the intake process for new clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Represent the brand to the community and the senior care professional network
• Network with and nurture referral sources through facility visits, networking events, lunches, etc
• Develop leads and bring them on to service through follow-up calls, meetings, notes, etc
• Conduct intakes of new clients and ensure initial visits go smoothly
• Conduct initial meetings between clients and caregivers
• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion
• Conduct market research
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to pass a background check

Experience:

• Previous home care, home health, hospice or senior living experience desired
• Previous marketing experience highly desired
