The Marketing Customer Admin will support commercial trade operations through efficient purchase order management, vendor onboarding, and contract administration. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing, compliance, and smooth management of third-party relationships across systems.


Requirements

  • Manage Purchase Order (PO) creation and administration in SAP based on inputs received from end markets along with approved quotations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and share soft copies of POs with relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) upon request from the end market.
  • Process supplier invoices received via Coupa, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the creation, extension, and unblocking of vendors/customers in SAP.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all required documentation for vendor onboarding and updates.
  • Manage Contract Repository Administration (CRA) and ensure contracts are properly maintained in Icertis for new and existing vendors.
  • Coordinate closely with 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) and 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) teams to track, follow up, and close any action logs or outstanding items.
  • Support the management of approximately 150 third-party vendor/customer relationships in collaboration with 20 Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure adherence to defined timelines (e.g., PO creation within two days of request; vendor setup within two weeks).
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial Trade Team, including Account Executives and Account Managers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Purchase Order management, vendor administration, or procurement operations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP for PO processing, vendor management, and GRN activities.
  • Experience with Coupa, CRA (Coupa Risk Assessment), and Icertis is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of vendor onboarding, contract management, and compliance processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Commercial, 1LoD, and 2LoD.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
