Job Summary:

The North Land Institute of Training is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead its global marketing and student recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of proven experience in marketing and recruiting international students, particularly in the higher education or vocational training sector.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for positioning the institute as a premier destination for international learners, driving brand growth, managing global campaigns, and building strategic partnerships with educational agents, institutions, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive international marketing and recruitment strategy aligned with institutional goals.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of global student recruitment campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with international agents, schools, embassies, and other recruitment channels.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team, providing leadership and setting performance targets.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, digital ads, social media content, and institutional presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new recruitment opportunities and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Represent the Institute at international fairs, conferences, and student recruitment events worldwide.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and geographies.
  • Work collaboratively with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in international student marketing and recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing international marketing strategies in the education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of international student markets.
  • Strong network of global educational agents and institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and understanding of cross-cultural marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics platforms.
