Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead and drive marketing initiatives within a commercial/real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shopping malls or retail destinations, with proven expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing strategies, brand positioning, and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall, tenant sales, and brand visibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Plan and oversee ATL campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor, digital) and BTL activities (events, activations, promotions).
  • Build strong brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with leasing and commercial teams to support tenant mix and promotional activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Establish partnerships with agencies, media vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee event planning, mall activations, and seasonal campaigns to increase engagement.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools. 


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in commercial, real estate, or shopping malls is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in ATL & BTL marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
