Role Overview

We are seeking a marketing director to lead our growth marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition efforts. This role requires a visionary leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and growth hacking.

The CMO will play a critical role in scaling Smart Bricks by driving our go-to-market strategy, building a world-class marketing team, and leveraging AI-powered insights to achieve exponential growth and brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strateg yto drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Build and lead ahigh-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Design and execute growth marketing campaigns across digital channels, optimizing customer acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Brand Positioning & Communication
  • Craft a compelling brand strategy to establish Smart Bricks as a leader in PropTech and real estate investing.
  • Lead public relations and communication efforts to enhance brand credibility and customer engagement.
  • Customer Insights & Data Analytics
  • Leverage AI-powered insights to understand customer behavior and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Establish strategic partnerships with media platforms, influencers, and industry leaders to expand brand reach.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and tech teams to create integrated marketing campaigns and drive product adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling digital customer acquisition in high-growth tech or PropTech startups.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
