Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for both retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging content aligned with brand values.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to develop promotional materials.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, paid ads).
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements.
  • Support influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives to expand reach.
  • Organize and execute in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in building customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Creativity in content creation and campaign design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva/Photoshop is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
