Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for both retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content aligned with brand values.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to develop promotional materials.
- Execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, paid ads).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements.
- Support influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives to expand reach.
- Organize and execute in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Assist in building customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Creativity in content creation and campaign design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
