Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of proven expertise in the software/IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to promote our SaaS/ERP solutions and other software services. This role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, content creation skills, and the ability to drive lead generation campaigns that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for SaaS/ERP and other software solutions.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create and manage engaging content (blogs, case studies, product demos, whitepapers, social media posts) tailored to software industry audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and target customer needs.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence across professional platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, industry forums).
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze results, and prepare performance reports to guide improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, digital agencies, and technology partners.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing within the software/IT industry (SaaS/ERP experience highly preferred).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Zoho/other CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and software sales cycles.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and manage campaigns end-to-end.
- Familiarity with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
