Job Description:


  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers through paid advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
  • Identify and target high-value customer segments using data-driven insights and market research.
  • Optimize lead capture processes (e.g., landing pages, forms, CTAs) to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prioritize follow-ups, and ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Monitor lead quality and quantity metrics, refining strategies to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for our products/services that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, support sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning opportunities, and differentiation points for our products.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand features, benefits, and use cases, translating them into customer-centric marketing materials.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and generate leads.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Pixel, and marketing automation software to track campaign performance and measure success.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize for better results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, email subject lines, and landing pages to enhance performance.


Job Requirements:

  • 16 years of education
  • Proven experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing lead generation campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives around products and services.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Pakistani market and an understanding of local consumer behavior is a plus.
