Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the software or IT industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our SaaS, ERP, and software solutions, enhance brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.
This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to drive effective marketing campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC).
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
- Support lead generation initiatives through online and offline marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and emerging trends in the software industry.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports on campaign results.
- Assist in organizing webinars, product launches, and virtual events to promote company solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and digital agencies for campaign execution when required.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the technology sector.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a software or IT company.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
