We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to join ZMC Health Clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the healthcare sector, either in a clinic or hospital setting, and will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance patient engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns specifically tailored for healthcare services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, and community organizations.
- Organize health awareness campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with design and media teams for the creation of brochures, videos, and promotional content.
- Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends, DHA regulations, and competitor activities.
- Support patient acquisition and retention strategies through targeted campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing within a healthcare clinic or hospital.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and healthcare marketing practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
