Marketing Executive

Core Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, hospital branches, and external communications in alignment with the group’s brand guidelines.
  • Support new hospital openings, renovations, and rebranding initiatives by providing required branding assets and on-ground marketing support.
  • Plan, organize, and manage hospital events, medical conferences, launch events, and marketing activations.
  • Handle end-to-end event logistics including planning, budgeting, venue coordination, supplier management, execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure high standards of production quality, brand image, and professional execution across all events and activations.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal design teams to deliver high-impact visual and branding materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams including digital marketing, operations, corporate communications, and medical departments to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, suppliers, event organizers, and external partners.
  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure that branding and communication activities reinforce the hospital group’s reputation, credibility, and service excellence.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives and events using agreed KPIs.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree at any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience at the same role.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and event management practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and campaign integration.
