Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve supporting the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing while also taking ownership of social media management. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, strong multitasking skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the marketing field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of marketing activities, including campaign development, content creation, and promotional strategies.
• Manage social media accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
• Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans and initiatives.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Media, or a related field.
• Strong creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
