Marketing Executive

Job Description:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, supporting lead generation activities, managing social media presence, and assisting in brand positioning. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT or digital services marketing and understand performance-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and email.
  • Manage company social media accounts and content calendars.
  • Generate leads through paid ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with revenue targets.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Assist in branding, website updates, and promotional material development.
  • Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Zoho CRM, and ClickUp.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in IT or tech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
  • Good communication and content writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target oriented environment.
