Key Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing

• Execute social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and pitch decks
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and basic SEO initiatives

Brand & Campaign Execution

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with sales, recruitment, and business development teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and touchpoints

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client outreach initiatives
• Support LinkedIn and digital lead generation activities
• Track campaign performance and maintain basic marketing reports

Coordination & Support

• Liaise with vendors, designers, and digital agencies when required
• Support events, job fairs, and recruitment drives from a marketing perspective
• Maintain marketing databases, assets, and content calendars

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with Canva, MS PowerPoint, and basic analytics tools
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or service-based industries is a plus
