Job Title: Marketing Executive - Social Media Growth & Campaign

Job Summary:

We're looking fora Marketing Executive to focus on growing our social media presence, increasing subscribers and followers, and enhancing our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms

Implement technical enhancements for better social media performance (SEO, analytics, ads)

Create and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting students and corporate sectors

Design and run campaigns to increase online donations and promote fundraising initiatives

Monitor and report on social media metrics and growth

Collaborate with the team to create engaging content

Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital growth

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies

Experience with campaign creation and execution in student and corporate sectors

Analytical skills and experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to drive online donations
