Job Overview:

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Marketing Executive for a growing company in the Fire & Safety Solutions sector. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, especially those interested in industrial and corporate client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities (corporate and industrial clients)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing and sales strategies
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic marketing reports
• Support in achieving sales targets and revenue growth

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing / sales / business development
• Preference for candidates with exposure to industrial, construction, engineering, or safety-related sectors
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Important Note:

• This is a Marketing Executive role (not a managerial position)
• Salary range is PKR 60,000 – 80,000
• Candidates with higher salary expectations or senior-level experience are advised not to apply
