Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Executive to support the execution and coordination of marketing activities across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels. We need someone creative and who can come up with creative concepts. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing content and social media updates, supporting website and e-commerce operations, and organizing marketing data and reports to ensure smooth and consistent brand execution across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination & Campaign Execution

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions

· Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (designers, content creators, photographers)

· Liaise with service providers on design and campaign-related projects

· Coordinate and support the activation and implementation of retail promotions and discounts

· Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper execution of promotional activities

· Prepare digital and in-store signage for campaigns

· Support alignment of marketing campaigns with online, retail, and operational execution

· Ensure retail displays are maintained and updated

· Stay updated on trends and suggest ideas for campaigns and promotions

Social Media & Content Support

· Manage and update social media accounts and content calendars

· Coordinate content creation, including photoshoots and mobile content

· Plan and organize photoshoots

· Maintain and organize the company’s product image library

Website & E-commerce Support

· Coordinate and support front-end and back-end updates of company websites

· Update product listings, pricing, and promotional configurations

· Monitor e-commerce platforms and follow up on issues for resolution

· Assist in managing customer inquiries through website channels

· Support website updates, design coordination, and website order/s processing

Digital Marketing Support

· Run and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Meta ads, social media ads)

· Track campaign performance and organize data for reporting

· Monitoring of marketing budgets and analysis of campaign performance

· Prepare reports on campaign performance and marketing activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Professional photography skills is a plus
• Ability in creating iPhone content
• Graphic design skill is a plus (well-versed with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to understand the technicalities of running website Meta Ads, SEO targeting, social media ads and to run the ads
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proactive and fast learner
• Creative and who can come up with creative concepts

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
