Marketing Executive - Hospitality

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to expand the business network.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic designer for content creation.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing & Sales or Business Management.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within a similar business, hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
