Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to expand the business network.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the Graphic designer for content creation.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing & Sales or Business Management.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within a similar business, hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
