Marketing Executive (Male/Female)

We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company s manpower services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales and marketing targets. This position requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products/services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (2–5 years, preferably in Qatar/GCC).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• With Valid Qatar Driving License.

SALARY : QAR 5000 full package
