We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to bring in new clients and grow business revenue through different channels including digital marketing, cold calling, and freelance platforms.
We are especially looking for someone who has experience in client hunting, lead generation, and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and local markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Manage social media platforms and content strategy
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Actively generate leads and bring new clients to the company
- Bid on projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
- Reach out to local clients and build business relationships
- Make cold calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client handling
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
