Marketing Executive (Online & Offline)

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns both online and offline to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and digital platforms to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Marketing:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, display ads, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and website.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage online brand presence and reputation across digital platforms.
  • Work with designers and agencies for online creatives, videos, and promotional content.

Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns including print media, brochures, flyers, posters, and outdoor advertising.
  • Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Develop marketing collaterals for offline use such as catalogs, signage, and promotional merchandise.
  • Build strong relationships with media, vendors, and external partners for offline campaign execution.

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support in developing and executing overall marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in both online and offline marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and design tools (Canvas/Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
