Marketing Generalist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Generalist located in Islamabad. The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, social media management, and brand development, to support business growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging and consistent content.
• Plan, shoot, and coordinate testimonial videos and other marketing content.
• Update and maintain the company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Design marketing creatives, graphics, and other promotional material.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Manage and oversee marketing boards and branding at customer sites.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, aligned with the role’s scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and social media management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Strong creative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Solid content creation and videography skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
