Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence, patient acquisition, and retention for a chain of dental clinics. This role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, brand positioning, partnerships, local promotions, and community outreach, ensuring the clinics maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Branding
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
- Strengthen the brand identity across all clinics and ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, patient trends, and competitor analysis.
- Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online reputation management.
- Drive patient engagement through content creation, awareness campaigns, and targeted communication.
- Manage online patient reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance clinic credibility.
- Business Development & Growth
- Develop referral programs, loyalty plans, and partnership models with corporates, schools, and wellness programs.
- Plan and execute local promotions, health camps, and community awareness drives.
- Support new clinic launches with brand activation campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team across regions.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners for campaigns.
- Track ROI and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish KPIs for patient acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience (8–12 years) in healthcare or service-based marketing, preferably in multi-location clinic/hospital chains.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and consumer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative campaigns.
- Strong network in healthcare marketing and corporate partnerships.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing/Healthcare Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
