Job Summary

The Marketing Head will lead the marketing function and be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. This leadership role requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent team management, communication, and analytical skills to deliver impactful results.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Set long-term and short-term goals for the marketing department and define performance indicators.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Lead design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee positioning, pricing, and promotions to maximize reach and impact.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performance marketing team. Digital Waffle
  • Foster collaboration across departments, especially with Sales, Product, and Communications teams.
  • Lead recruitment, training and performance evaluations for the marketing team.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve outcomes.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, media, and influencers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams to drive cohesive execution. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing with leadership experience in senior or head roles.
