Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Lead to join Bybit’s Payments Business Unit marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-region marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a solid understanding of crypto/fintech products, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful results.


Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Planning

  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
  • Design and launch global marketing campaigns aligned with Bybit’s and the Payments Business Unit’s strategy.
  • Develop clear campaign roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, design, business development, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign rollouts.
  • Align global campaigns with local market requirements and compliance needs (e.g., EU, SEA, LATAM).

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define and track campaign KPIs.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize performance.

User Growth & Engagement

  • Develop promotional mechanics (bonuses, rewards, referral programs) to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee campaign communications across push, email, social, and in-app channels, in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing functions and external partners to maximize reach and impact.

Content & Channel Strategy

  • Work with the design and content teams to create multi-format marketing materials that reinforce product branding and positioning.
  • Identify and manage relevant channels for content distribution, ensuring localization where needed.

B2B Acquisition

  • Test and learn B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Launch and optimize merchant incentive programs.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory guidelines across different regions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as fraud, abuse, or user complaints.


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or growth marketing (crypto, fintech, or internet industry preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign performance measurement and reporting.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, affiliates, key opinion leaders, email, in-app).
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Chinese are a plus).
  • Experience in cryptocurrency trading platforms or Web3 marketing is highly desirable.
