Job Description: The Marketing Liaison is a valuable member of our health care team who works to plan, direct, and coordinate appropriate admissions and marketing programs, using Magnolia Health Systems philosophy, objectives, and policies.
About us: Magnolia Health Systems is a company which manages skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and pediatric long term care facilities. This position will be focused on the pediatric long term care facilities located in Logansport and Shelbyville, Indiana.
About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking a Marketing Liaison to-

Work closely with referral sources through daily and weekly visits and education opportunities to best promote our capabilities.

Work to build relationships with potential new referral sources. Develop working relationships to ensure our facilities are considered and utilized for all appropriate referrals.
- Assist with the development of marketing collateral and expansion of current and new business lines.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create brand awareness.

Produces ideas for promotional events and/or activities.
- Network and strategize methods to create and maintain relationships with C-level executives, ACOs, etc.

Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
- In conjunction with facility-level marketing personnel, contact physicians, social service departments, hospital discharge planners, governmental agencies, and other professionals or groups that may influence inquiries.
- Assist with periodic luncheons/tours/meetings for various community groups: i.e., physicians, clergy, hospital social workers, etc.

Train and assist facilities in understanding policies and procedures related to the admissions and marketing process.

Communicate marketing functions, calls and concerns to the Director of Marketing & Census Development.
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

Degree in nursing.

Exposure to and understanding of the health delivery system and current health market trends and demands.
- Experience establishing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, including development of new business lines.
- Outgoing and motivated personality.
