Job Summary

The Marketing Manager at PSI is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and company growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, creative, and strategic professional with a strong understanding of the real estate market in the UAE. This role requires managing a high-performing team, overseeing integrated campaigns across various channels, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with immediate and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PSI's business objectives and the specific needs of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing and pricing strategies tailored to real estate trends.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and promotional events.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Generate qualified leads through innovative and targeted campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to support conversion efforts.
  • Brand & Content Management:
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including property descriptions, blog articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to produce high-quality assets.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, PR, and operations, to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Budget & Performance Analysis:
  • Establish and monitor marketing budgets, optimizing expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual performance reports to senior leadership, demonstrating ROI and providing data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong preference for experience specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Language: Fluency in English may be required to effectively engage with a diverse client base and regional stakeholders.
