Job Summary
The Marketing Manager at PSI is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and company growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, creative, and strategic professional with a strong understanding of the real estate market in the UAE. This role requires managing a high-performing team, overseeing integrated campaigns across various channels, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with immediate and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PSI's business objectives and the specific needs of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage marketing and pricing strategies tailored to real estate trends.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and promotional events.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Generate qualified leads through innovative and targeted campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to support conversion efforts.
- Brand & Content Management:
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Create and curate compelling content, including property descriptions, blog articles, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to produce high-quality assets.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, PR, and operations, to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Budget & Performance Analysis:
- Establish and monitor marketing budgets, optimizing expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual performance reports to senior leadership, demonstrating ROI and providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong preference for experience specifically within the real estate industry.
