Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives from pre-opening through to ongoing operations. This role will be pivotal in building anticipation and excitement for the mall launch, establishing strong brand positioning in the market, and driving sustained customer engagement post-opening. Expertise in CRM and database marketing is essential to deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns that maximize customer acquisition and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities


Pre-Opening Phase:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening marketing plans to build brand awareness and excitement.
  • Create targeted campaigns to attract potential shoppers, tenants, and media attention prior to launch.
  • Coordinate launch events, grand opening promotions, and partnerships to ensure a strong market entry.
  • Develop content and marketing collateral to support pre-opening sales and leasing efforts.
  • Establish CRM database host, and develop smooth digital journey to implement CRM data capturing of various channels with segmented customer database.

Post-Opening Phase:

  • Lead ongoing marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, PR & events, social contents, partnership and tenant collaborations.
  • Utilize CRM and database marketing to design personalized customer journeys and loyalty programs.
  • Analyze shopper behavior and campaign performance to continuously optimize marketing ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget, vendors, and partnerships to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team of minimm 3 deputies while fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.


Qualifications


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to retail, luxury brands, or Leading shopping malls.
  • Proven success in launching new retail destinations or brands, especially with pre-opening marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and database marketing to develop targeted, data-driven campaigns.
  • Rich connections in the partnership with airlines, hotels, corporations, and banks, etc will be a great plus.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to translate market research and customer data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with tenants, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Creativity and attention to detail to maintain a luxury brand image.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in launching complicated Commercial Projects (Malls) and/or managing Luxury and International Brands
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, omnichannel marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with event marketing and experiential retail strategies.
