Job Description


We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for Seqoon. You will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and thought leadership in two rapidly growing markets—proptech and AI.


This is a unique opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can balance storytelling and performance marketing and who thrives at the intersection of technology and AI innovation.



Responsibilities


Brand & Positioning

  • Craft and evolve brand narratives for Shares and Sai .
  • Ensure each brand has a distinct yet complementary voice, strengthening Seqoon’s overall ecosystem positioning.
  • Build Seqoon's presence as thought leaders in AI, Sales and customer experience .


Digital & Content Marketing

  • Design and execute digital campaigns (SEO, paid ads, social, email) to generate awareness and leads for both brands.
  • Lead consumer-facing content for Shares (Instagram-first, lifestyle-driven) and enterprise-focused content for Sai (LinkedIn-first, thought leadership, case studies).
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and video content to showcase impact and build trust.


Growth & Demand Generation

  • Build acquisition funnels tailored to both B2C (Shares users) and B2B (Sai clients).
  • Define and track marketing KPIs: CAC, ROI, MQL → SQL conversion, engagement, churn, and LTV.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure Sai marketing drives qualified enterprise leads


Events & Partnerships

  • Represent Seqoon and Sai at real estate, AI, and tech conferences across MENA.
  • Build media, influencer, and ecosystem partnerships to grow visibility and credibility.


Team & Execution

  • Manage a growing marketing team (design, content, freelancers).
  • Balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution—willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in startups or a related industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Passion for innovative technologies and reshaping traditional industries.
