Marketing Manager

We are hiring Marketing Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in Marketing & Sales of Flooring Products, Paints, and Construction Chemicals. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference; however, passionate candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Salary will not be a constraint for candidates with relevant experience and proven track record.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in flooring products, paints, and construction chemicals.
• Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent service.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
• Train and guide the sales team (if applicable) to achieve collective business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
