Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing initiatives, focusing on brand promotion, digital campaigns, social media management, and creative content development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in marketing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software, with strong creativity and event-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and strengthen the brand presence.
  • Handle and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and creative content.
  • Design and develop digital marketing materials including posters, banners, social media creatives, and videos using Photoshop, Canva, and similar tools.
  • Manage digital marketing activities such as SEO, Google Ads, YouTube promotions, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, dealer meets, product launches, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for trade marketing and dealer engagement programs.
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors for creative, printing, and media activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor marketing activities, and new digital innovations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electronics, technology, or retail sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, or equivalent creative tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
