Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The role involves managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, overseeing budgets, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage digital marketing activities (social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing)
• Plan and oversee property/project marketing launches (if real estate–focused)
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Manage and grow brand presence across all platforms
• Oversee lead generation funnels and marketing automation tools
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
