Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and enhance market positioning in Qatar.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Qatar market, excellent social media and digital marketing knowledge, and exposure to corporate communications within listed or highly regulated companies. The role requires a balance between strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives
  • Support corporate branding, market positioning, and product/service promotion
  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Leadership teams

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
  • Ensure content aligns with corporate brand, investor confidence, and market reputation
  • Monitor engagement analytics and optimize campaigns accordingly

Corporate & Investor-Aligned Communication

  • Support corporate messaging aligned with listed company standards
  • Ensure external communication supports brand value and market perception
  • Coordinate with leadership on announcements, campaigns, and corporate visibility

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and brand positioning
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions

Public Relations & Networking

  • Build strong media, industry, and business network connections in Doha
  • Support events, exhibitions, and corporate presence initiatives
  • Strengthen company visibility across technology and security sectors
