The Marketing Manager is responsible for lead generation, brand presence, and managing the marketing systems that support ABH Construction’s sales goals. This role owns campaign strategy, paid advertising, CRM operations, performance tracking, website management, and creative direction across all major channels.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation, Campaign Strategy & Sales Support
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns
- Manage paid advertising across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Develop campaign messaging, creative direction, and calls-to-action
- Build and optimize lead funnels from ads through CRM and sales handoff
- Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with sales to improve lead follow-up and conversion
- Create and manage landing pages and campaign forms
CRM, Automation & HubSpot
- Manage HubSpot CRM pipelines, automation, forms, and reporting
- Ensure accurate data flow from ads and website into CRM
- Maintain data quality and reporting for leadership and sales
Marketing Analytics & Performance
- Track weekly and monthly performance metrics and ROI
- Maintain reporting dashboards and conversion tracking
- Use performance data to guide budget allocation and optimization
Website, SEO & Digital Infrastructure
- Manage website updates and content in WordPress
- Maintain and optimize house plan listings and landing pages
- Improve SEO, local visibility, and website conversion performance
- Manage Google Business Profile and website performance tracking
Brand, Creative Direction & Content
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across channels
- Direct creative strategy for ads, web, social, and print
- Oversee design of marketing assets and campaign creative
- Capture and curate job site and completed home content
- Write copy for ads, web pages, listings, emails, and social
- Create strategic, campaign-driven content aligned with active marketing initiatives and business goals
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Plan and schedule social content through Meta Business Suite
- Build automated email workflows and lead nurture sequences
- Segment audiences and align email campaigns with active promotions
Print Marketing & Events
- Coordinate production of brochures, signage, and sales materials
- Support events, promotions, and community initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads: Proven experience driving lead generation and managing paid campaigns
- HubSpot CRM: Hands-on experience building lead funnels, managing pipelines, and automations
- Analytics & Reporting Tools: Strong ability to track CPL, conversions, and ROI and report on performance
- WordPress & SEO Tools: Ability to manage website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO
- Adobe Photoshop & Canva: Strong creative and copywriting skills for ads, web, and campaigns
- Project Management Tools: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal oversight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
