We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who is comfortable stepping into an evolving operation and helping shape it. This role is not just about following an established playbook. It is about helping create one.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team in daily operations
• Be actively involved in the field, supporting the team, reinforcing expectations, and leading by example
• Train new and existing team members on processes, standards, communication, and performance expectations
• Help create a culture of accountability, urgency, professionalism, and teamwork
• Monitor day-to-day activity, identify gaps quickly, and keep the operation moving effectively
• Provide hands-on leadership and support during busy periods, bottlenecks, and high-volume business windows
• Help build and strengthen processes, structure, and consistency within a growing company
• Manage reporting, tracking, and analysis related to production, pacing, forecasting, and performance
• Prepare, maintain, and review Excel reports to support business decisions and operational planning
• Use reporting and trends to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support stronger decision-making
• Communicate clearly and accurately with leadership and cross-functional teams regarding priorities, performance, and operational needs
• Ensure details are organized, documented, and communicated correctly to support smooth execution

What we are looking for

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team
• Hands-on management style with a willingness to be involved in the day-to-day operation
• Strong Excel skills with comfort in reporting, tracking, and basic analysis
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfort working with numbers, performance metrics, and forecasting
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to help create structure, not just work within existing structure
• Entrepreneurial thinking and comfort working in an environment that is growing and evolving
• Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong professional presence
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
