Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives for multiple clients. This role will be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring marketing efforts are delivered on time to drive attendance, increase brand awareness, uphold the high brand standards expected from our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing operations and serve as the project lead for campaigns and initiatives
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments and clients
• Ensure all marketing projects are completed on schedule and aligned with brand standards
• Manage digital campaign execution (social, email, paid ads, SEO)
• Track performance metrics and report results to leadership
• Oversee content production, promotions, and event marketing logistics
• Manage vendors and assist with budget tracking
• Support partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach execution
• Hold the marketing team accountable for timelines, department expectations, and client agreements
• Manage appropriate productivity from individual marketing professionals based on execution and billable hours per project

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of hands-on marketing experience (experience in entertainment, hospitality, or attractions is a plus)
• Ability to travel as needed
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines
• Experience managing peer professionals in a positive environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management success in a marketing setting
• Experience marketing seasonal or event-based businesses
• Graphic design or content creation experience (a plus)
• Agency or project billing experience (a plus)
