Marketing Manager
We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel brand presence. This role is perfect for a strategic "doer" who can pivot seamlessly from high-level campaign planning to the tactical execution of trade shows, digital content, and sales enablement.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our products and our customers, ensuring our brand voice is consistent across physical events, digital platforms, and educational resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Show & Event Management
- Lead the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of industry trade shows and regional events.
- Manage booth design, vendor relationships, and on-site lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate staff schedules and pre-show promotional campaigns to drive booth traffic.
2. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and maintain a robust social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content that grows our following and drives inbound inquiries.
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and ROI.
3. Catalog & Collateral Production
- Own the lifecycle of the annual product catalog, from layout and copywriting to final print production.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical accuracy and compelling value propositions.
- Manage digital versions of catalogs to ensure ease of access for the sales team and customers.
4. Training Material & Sales Enablement
- Design and produce comprehensive training materials (slide decks, "how-to" guides, and video scripts) for internal teams and distributors.
- Translate complex technical features into digestible benefits for various audience levels.
- Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date marketing assets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a marketing role, with proven experience in physical event management and content creation.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills; able to write for social media "hooks" and technical manuals alike.
- Project Management: A master of deadlines who can juggle a 100-page catalog shipment and a trade show booth arrival simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to track lead conversion from trade shows and engagement metrics from social campaigns.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
