Marketing Manager

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing, social presence, and founder storytelling across the company. This role is at the center of how Kurieo shows up in the world and how we tell the story of who we are, where we are going, and the people building it.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own Kurieo's marketing presence across social media and email, while serving as a key partner in developing the founder narrative and company story. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing Kurieo's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns including newsletters, client communications, and growth initiatives
  • Partnering closely with the founder to develop and produce founder-led content including thought leadership, behind-the-scenes, and brand narrative
  • Building and maintaining a consistent content calendar across all owned channels
  • Telling the company story through compelling, on-brand content that reflects Kurieo's culture, growth, and vision
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics and using data to inform strategy
  • Supporting campaign launches, merchandise program rollouts, and client activations from a marketing perspective
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director and Content Producer to ensure brand alignment across all marketing output
  • Identifying trends and cultural moments relevant to the Kurieo brand and acting on them quickly
  • Managing marketing tools, platforms, and systems to keep everything running smoothly

This role reports to the founder.

This is a builder role for someone who wants to own the marketing function and grow with the company.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content strategy
  • Proven track record managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to capture a founder voice and brand tone
  • Understanding of social-first content strategy and platform-specific best practices
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership and moving at a fast pace
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Based in Los Angeles, hybrid 3 days in office in Culver City

Bonus:

  • Experience in branded merchandise, sports, or culture-driven industries
  • Familiarity with creator economy and founder brand building
  • Basic video or content production skills
  • Experience supporting or managing influencer or partnership marketing

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
