- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the iGaming platform's growth targets.

- Manage the full marketing funnel — from new player acquisition to existing player retention.

- Optimize marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across all channels.

- Lead and grow a multi-channel marketing team targeting South Asian markets (Bangladesh, India) from the Dubai office.

- Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with advertising regulations in the online gambling industry.

A. Strategy & Planning:

- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans covering budget, channels, and target KPIs.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities in target markets (Bangladesh, India, and South Asia).

- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure campaigns align with operational capabilities.

B. Performance Marketing & SEO / SEM:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads, and affiliate channels.

- Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) to increase organic traffic to the website and landing pages.

- Track and report on performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, registration rate, and First Time Depositor (FTD) rate.

- Monitor website performance and optimize UX/CRO in collaboration with the IT team.

C. Content & Social Media:

- Coordinate the marketing content calendar: social media posts, emails, ad banners, and promotional landing pages.

- Manage brand voice and ensure content is culturally appropriate for South Asian markets (Bangladesh, India) and the South Asian community in Dubai.

- Build partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and media channels relevant to the iGaming industry.

D. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 staff (designers, content writers, digital specialists, affiliate managers).

- Set individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development for each team member.

- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and media vendors.

E. Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports for senior management.

- Use GA4, SEMrush, Power BI, and internal CRM systems to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Track marketing spend and cross-check data with the Finance team to ensure budget transparency.

Experience:

- Must have hands-on experience in the iGaming or online gambling industry — applications from other industries will not be considered.

- Able to independently plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.

- Previous experience managing or working closely with a marketing team.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Solid command of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio / Power BI, and CRM platforms.

- Understanding of payment gateways, affiliate mechanics, and tracking links in the iGaming industry.

- Familiarity with WordPress / Webflow; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Language:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

- Bengali (native or near-native) — mandatory, required for the Bangladesh market.

- Hindi is an advantage.

Attitude & Mindset:

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.

- Able to handle high pressure and work in a 24/7 operational environment typical of the gambling industry — mandatory.

- Strict confidentiality regarding player data and internal business strategy.

- Strong team leadership skills with a results-driven approach in a multicultural environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly new player count (FTD – First Time Depositor): meet the set target.

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CPA): must not exceed the defined threshold.

- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): ≥ minimum level approved by management.

- Marketing report accuracy: ≥ 98%.

- Campaign completion rate on schedule: ≥ 95%.

- Direct evaluation from CEO / Line Manager.

Authority

- Authorized to approve marketing budgets within the limit delegated by management.

- Entitled to request relevant departments (IT, CS, Risk, Finance) to provide data for reporting and campaigns.

- Permitted to enter into contracts with agencies, freelancers, and service vendors within the approved budget.

- Participates in executive-level strategy meetings and is encouraged to propose process improvements.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
