Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing department in strategizing and executing nationwide campaigns.
• Act as the primary contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives, marketing goals, and advertising needs.
• Oversee ongoing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with internal teams (design, media, and marketing).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and multinational clients.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Explore new business avenues and potential markets for expansion of business.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance skills and effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master/Graduate in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management is a plus.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong leadership and team management skills.
