Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support sales growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, performance marketing, CRM, and delivery platforms
  • Manage brand communication, promotions, and product launches in line with global guidelines
  • Collaborate with agencies on creative, media planning, and campaign execution
  • Analyze campaign performance, sales data, and customer insights to maximize ROI
  • Coordinate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure effective in-store execution
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and monitor market trends and competitors

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management
  • Strong background in digital and performance marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, QSR, retail, or consumer brands is a plus
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
