General Summary or Job Objective:
Lead marketing strategies and campaigns for all brands under INDEX Trading & Investment Company. The role requires a creative and analytical professional to enhance brand presence, optimize digital performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Essential Functions:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for each brand.
- Identify target audiences and create customized digital plans to achieve marketing objectives.
Content and Campaign Management:
- Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all digital channels.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to maintain brand competitiveness.
Performance Analytics:
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on ROI, traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective campaigns without compromising quality or results.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experiment with new platforms and strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Offline Marketing:
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, print media, and outdoor advertising to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between online and offline efforts for cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in 360-degree marketing, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand marketing strategies, including digital, offline, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in retail, trading, or investment sectors is preferred.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on KPIs and ROI.
