Marketing Manager (F&B)

Job Description

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions.

- Develop strategic plans to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure campaign success.

- Pre and post-analysis of the campaigns to ensure full optimization effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Brand Management:

- Oversee and elevate the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging.

- Create brand standards and uphold brand uniformity across all marketing materials and platforms.

- Monitor brand perception and sentiment and take corrective actions as necessary.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences.

- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics and gain a competitive edge in the market.

- Analyze competitors' products, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.

- Understanding customer needs, preferences, pain points, and purchasing behavior through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis.

- Conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to assess internal capabilities and external factors affecting the business.

Content Strategy and Development:

- Develop and execute content strategy to engage target audiences and drive brand engagement.

- Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and advertising.

- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate marketing performance and impact.

- Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Budget Management:

- Collaborate with senior management to establish marketing budgets aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing campaigns.

- Track and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure they stay within the approved budget limits.

- Implement strategies to optimize marketing costs while maximizing returns on investment (ROI).

- Conduct financial forecasting and long-term planning to anticipate future marketing budget needs based on business growth projections, market trends, and strategic objectives.

- Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing team to drive success and achieve goals.

- Encourage creativity, innovation, and continuous learning to keep the team motivated and engaged.

Website Management:

- Ensure the website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the brand's messaging and positioning.

- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve the website's visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).

- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the website's usability, navigation, and overall user experience.

- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion data using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- Ensuring the website is secure, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with sales, operation, finance, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Communicate marketing plans and initiatives effectively across the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

- Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, regulatory changes, and consumer preferences.

- Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies to drive innovation and improve results.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, strategic plans and financial data, documents, discussions, and sensitive communication.

Experience:

  • Marketing management (F&B): 3 years (Required)
